Which is Best Cellular Company of Pakistan?

ProPakistani.com conducted a survey asking its visitors to give feedback on what they think is the best cellular company of Pakistan.

Survey form was displayed to all visitors of ProPakistani.com and remained active for 30 days. Poll widget which bounds anyone to re-cast his vote from same IP received total of 1611 votes in the specified time.

Ufone has been surprisingly voted as the best cellular company of Pakistan with total of 608 votes, which are 38 percent of total votes. That’s remarkable, in my opinion that’s due to the simple pricing; little number of packages and their SMS bundles did the trick in getting popularity amongst the consumers.

Telenor managed to set at second slot with total of 286 (18 percent) votes. Again I think their SMS bundles worked for Telenor, their Rs. 1 package is also popular amongst the masses.

Warid remained at third position with very little margin, and got 274 votes that’s just 12 votes behind Telenor.

I am again surprised by Mobilink’s popularity and users’ experience with largest cellular company of the country. They got 239 votes, which are merely 15 percent of total votes. I won’t say anything about Mobilink, but the poll reflects that they are loosing the grip over customers.

Considering a new entrant, Zong did well by getting 193 votes. Their Book Your Number Service is relatively popular than many other value added services they provide.

Last stood the Instaphone with 11 votes!

    aamir, this is a very very small sample size to determine the customer trend and loyalty however there are many tools to guage accurately the popularity of the best cellular company of Pakistan
    we must not forget that the total active customer base (conections which have topped-up their second scratch card) of Mobilink is 32 million (no dormunt accounts) where-as in terms of ARPU (average revenue per user)Mobilink is still far ahead then the rest
    these facts might not intrest customers but can can really show the path to the best cellular company of Pakistan

    32 million active sims are impossible…32million SIMS sold from day one is a much better statement..we all know how telecom operators work in pakistan..PTA website says that there are a total of 9crore mobile users in pakistan which means around 50% penetration and on the other hand they say pakistan has 26% mobile penetration..i dont think 24% of the total 9crore ppl are using dual sims.
    mobilink is showing negative growth from the last two months..they are loosing sharply on market share, Net ad ins and subscriber base..Mr ardesher please check your numbers and prove them right…

    I my opinion Moblink has large client base But as far as services every company is trying to compete with other. Every company has pros and crons..

    As i used there services from last 4 years and never every got any problem from it.
