Self Care Portal Launched to track Usage and Billing Details for Wateen WiMAX

At last wateen has come up with an online usage and bill tracking system that will help customers to keep an eye on their bandwidth usage and remaining balance in their account. Wateen’s WiMAX (prepaid) users had been facing their service disconnections when they used to reach their allowed quota.

Don’t worry if you see an IP address in URL instead of Wateen.com, i have confirmed from their support that this is a legitimate service by Wateen Telecom. However, you may find several functions disabled due to early launch (this is what CSR told me)
Wateen’s Self Care Portal will help you to
- Get your current Service Information, that is your current package, tariffs, and other account details
- Save your favorite links
- Check your remaining balance
- Check your Internet Usage in current month, while providing you details about how much data has been used out of the allowed quota
- Information about last 5 Internet sessions –
- Information about your last 5 voice calls that you made
- You can set an Email Notification when your account balance reaches a limit (set by you)

I got a Wateen connection a few months back. The speed is not as good as they had promised. At times the speed is even slower than the dialup connection. I would not recommend wateen connection.

I request wateen to create a student pakage especially for students in which they should introduce an unlimited downloading and uploading..
Downloading should be unlimited.
I m using wateen for last 3 months and it wz goin all gud ….but from last 1 week i m facing lot of problems using wateen…somtimes no signals on WiMax ,if its working in case dont mke feel that i m using a connection of 512k….so plz wateen team what r u doing…..!

i am using wateen from last seven months but i think its not reliable connection even wateen is still to provide services
like packge selection and balance transfer. When ever i call
to CS they always promise that these services ll be available after a few days. So wateen is still fail to launch its services.
I recommend no body purchase wateen connection. I have 1mb connection but it never give such speed…………….
i am the user of wateen,but i hates them because thay lie me as so times in various problems.every day any problem come to this fucking network.so i suggest all our bros that do notb us this motherfucking network .thanks to all of u.

Yes i agree with that space is not enough.not enough is a very little sentence abt space ; space should be 50 gb or unlimited like PTCL.I like PTCl Broadband packages.
also there is some problem regarding login issues i cannot chk my space status via using that link of selfcare.

is not working. I don’t see any self care website working on wateen.
im using wateen wimax for last 4 months.. it works fine but the speed sometimes gets so slow + the downloading limit should be increased
Been using Wateen ever since it was first launched in Karachi. There are some issues, but in general the service is not bad. However, I would say that currently other service providers are offering cheaper rates for bandwidth compared to Wateen’s WiMax service. I’d recommend readjusting the pricing and/or at least increase the per month download allowance, which ideally should be unlimited. That will make a huge +ve difference in WiMax’s popularity and penetration.
